Most mushroom coffees mix powder into ground coffee after roasting — where it sits on the grind and ends up trapped in your filter. We do it backwards: the mushrooms are extracted into a concentrated tincture and botanically infused into the green beans during roasting, sealing the extract inside the bean before it ever reaches your grinder. If there’s no caffeine, where does the energy come from?+
