If there's no caffeine, where does the energy and focus come from?+

From the mushrooms directly. Lion's mane stimulates NGF at the cellular level and cordyceps supports ATP production and oxygen use — both work with zero caffeine. It's cleaner, steadier support without the spike, jitters or crash.

Is the Mountain Water Process different from regular decaf?+

Yes. Most decaf uses chemical solvents; the Mountain Water Process uses pure glacier water to extract caffeine while preserving flavor. It happens before roasting, so it never affects the mushroom infusion that happens during the roast.

Can I drink Calm Descent at night?+
